Aneliya is the founding member of the Angelova Law Firm, LLC. She concentrates her practice in immigration and naturalization law. Aneliya's work ethic, dedication to her clients, and passion for the law are the pillars of her successful immigration practice. Aneliya understands that immigration matters can have serious consequences for clients and their families. The outcome of an immigration matter may impact someone's life, family, or career.

Ms. Angelova assists clients with complex immigration matters including but not limited to removal/deportation proceedings (removal defense), applications for lawful permanent residence also know as green card applications or adjustment of status, consular processing, joint I-751 petitions, I-751 waiver petitions, VAWA, I-601 fraud and misrepresentation waivers, I-601A unlawful presence waivers, EOIR 42B Cancelation of Removal for Non-Permanent Residents, EOIR42A Cancelation of Removal for Permanent Residence, motions to reopen final order of removal, business immigration, naturalization, non-immigrant visas, asylum, writ of mandamus actions in Federal District Court and appeals. In addition, Aneliya represents clients in family and criminal cases when the issues are directly intertwined with the immigration case.

Aneliya received her juris doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law- Camden. She graduated with honors in top 15% of the graduating class. While in law school, Ms. Angelova completed seven internships including two for judges. Aneliya served as an intern to the Hon. Thomas Sumners, J.A.D. and the Hon. Freda L. Wolfson, U.S.D.J. While a law student, Ms. Angelova worked in a legal practice clinic where she helped indigent immigrants. In addition to the immigration and general litigation experience, Aneliya obtained substantial knowldge in contract drafting while she interned in the legal department of a company in Princeton, New Jersey.

After graduation, Ms. Angelova accepted a position as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Richard F. Wells, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey. In that position, Ms. Angelova further honed her research and writing skills. While working for Judge Wells, attorney Angelova gained substantial experience in handling issues such as: child support establishment, child support modification (increase/decrease), alimony modification, emancipation, college contribution, child support appeals, and juvenile delinquency issues. Additionally, Ms. Angelova clerked for the Hon. F.J. Fernandez –Vina, A.J.S.C. While working for Judge Fernandez-Vina, Ms. Angelova handled a variety of civil motions including but not limited to: motions to transfer venue, withdraw as counsel enhancement of attorney's fees, motions to dismiss, summary judgment, etc.

Aneliya is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York. Due to the federal nature of immigration law, Ms. Angelova can represents clients at USCIS and the Immigration Courts in all 50 states. Aneliya has represented clients in the USCIS field offices in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maine, Florida, California, Colorado, Illinois, Rhode Island, Georgia, and Lousianna.

Aneliya resides in Cherry Hill, NJ with her son Kai and her parents.
